BANNER GRAPHICS LIBRARY
The Banner Graphics Library is used to hold all the banner graphics that you will be using on your Web site.
ADD A BANNER GRAPHIC:
- Click on the Banner Graphics link on the administration toolbar to open the Banner Graphics library.
- Click on the Add Banner Graphic.
- Type in a unique Title for your new banner. Be sure to be descriptive so that the label will easily identify the banner in the future.
- Click on the check box if this banner will serve as your default banner. Only one banner in your library can be identified as a default banner. The default banner will be the banner placed at the top of all newly added pages (unless you change the desired banner when adding the page). If no banner is selected as a default, all new pages will NOT include a banner.
- New Banner Graphic: This is the file that you want to upload.
- Click the browser button to locate the file on your computer.
- When uploading the file, the system will automatically resize and optimize the banner for you. Be sure your original file is 798 or more pixels wide to ensure that your banner spans the entire width. There are no requirements for the height of the banner; however, heights over 150 pixels are not recommended.
- Click the Add button. Depending on your connection speed and the size of our file, this may take some time to complete.
- Note: These graphics can also be added to the library from the Add Page tool (See Navigation Builder Help Manual).
