Coverting PowerPoint Files to a Universal Flash Format

If you want to add a PowerPoint file to your site, normally the visitor would need PowerPoint on their computer to view the file. However, we recently found a flash converter for PowerPoint so the program is no longer necessary in order for people to view your presentation.

You can download a free PowerPoint to Flash converter by going to:
http://www.ispringsolutions.com/products/ispring_free.html

  1. Click “Free Download” and select iSpring Free and enter your contact info to download.
  2. Click the download .exe file link.
  3. Save the .exe file to your desktop (you can delete this file after the program is loaded).
  4. Double click the ispring_free_4_3.exe file to run / install it (or slightly modified file name depending upon the version).

To use iSpring, just open your PowerPoint file and a new menu will be available with iSpring tools. Once you have your PowerPoint ready to save as flash, just click “Quick Publish” and your flash file will be created. You only need the .swf file for your site with us. You can link it to your site a number of different ways, depending upon your needs. To see your different options or get help with setting up links to files, go to:
